Hey, everyone! We hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of summer and maybe even starting to prepare for the upcoming cross country season. Well, whether you're a current BRC member or someone looking to join in the fall, this training plan is the perfect tool to kick any runner's training into high gear, regardless of skill level or experience.
